About the event
The Warrior Day Retreat is designed to bring warrior and caregivers together in a setting for networking and to offer essential information relevant to the care, support, and well-being of families impacted by sickle cell anemia. The Transition to Thrive Master Class will deliver techniques for navigating in different settings to improve self-advocacy skills as individuals transition to and maintain their health in an adult care environment.
